• All original packaging, accessories, and included components must be returned.

Items that are damaged, incomplete, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a standard return. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Return

• The reason for your return.

• Photos or videos, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the applicable return address. Please do not send products to an address until we have confirmed the return instructions.
